	Getting There :Hideaway Retreat is just minutes from the airport. Your car will be waiting for you at the airport terminal where you will be met by our representative and escorted to the apartments.

With its wide open spaces and fruit orchards, the calm and tranquil environment of the Retreat offers you a private and relaxing getaway from the stresses in life. When you arrive on Norfolk Island, you will be greeted with a warm and friendly Hideaway welcome. Our Hideaway representative will meet you at the airport and escort you, in your car, up to the retreat. You will then receive an orientation of the Retreat, facilities and the surrounding attractions. Your privacy is of utmost importance, so our staff will be discreet but we will always be available when you need assistance. Within the grounds, we have an orchard where you will have your pick of oranges, mandarins, tangerines, avocadoes, guavas and bananas in season. Safe swimming beaches; World Heritage Listed Site; Museums; golf, tennis, bowling and squash clubs etc are all, at the most, 5 minutes by car. For your recreational pleasure, we offer you the exclusive use of our hard tennis court ( and gear) , plunge pool and BBQ facilities. Although secluded, we are only minutes from the shopping belt and eateries right in the heart of Burnt Pine. Safe swimming beaches; World Heritage Listed Site; Museums; golf, tennis, bowling and squash clubs etc are all, at the most, 5 minutes by car. Many tourist attractions and activities like the Botanic Gardens, Mini-golf, a walk in the wild, horse riding etc are only minutes from the Retreat. We have a total of nine, comfortable and spacious one and two bedroom apartments. Please see photo galleries. With each apartment you will have use of a mobile phone with a local number and an Eldoo Hire Car for the duration of your stay. You only need to pay for the cost of petrol, car hire surcharge ($20/day) and mobile recharge credits. So for a restful and relaxing holiday, look no further than the Hideaway Retreat!

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

10% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked.

Child over 14 is considered as adult.Child aged 3 and under is free.
