Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of AU$30 applies to all cancellations.
No refunds for early departure.
Over any Major Events full payment is required at time of booking & no refunds are available.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$30.
Over any Major Events full payment is required at time of booking & no refunds are available.

Child Policy

Child over 14 is considered as adult.Child aged 3 and under is free.

Other Policy

1. Keys will be made available once the balance of payment has been received in full. Upon departure all keys are to be returned to the operator.
2. All guests under 18 years old must be supervised by an adult.
3. The maximum number of people per apartment type includes children.
4. PARTIES OR GROUP GATHERING EVENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Guests must not use or allow the premises to be used for any illegal purposes. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.
5. Credit card must be presented upon check in. If no credit card, a cash bond equivalent to one night stay for the apartment is required upon check in.
6. Photographic identification (to be photocopied) must be presented upon check in.
7. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted inside buildings. We are a 100% non-smoking property. Any guest smoking in the rooms will be charged a AU$150 cleaning fee. This is not negotiable.
8. All premises are to be left in a satisfactory clean and tidy. In the event of excessive cleaning requirements, an extra cleaning fee of $50 - $100 will be charged to the guest?s account.

This is my second stay at Insaa. The first being in 2012 around Easter time as well. This time around the experience is similar i.e. perfect with no complaints. The townhouse we were given is very clean and spacious with excellent facilities and security. It is in front of a big park for children to run around in. The owner, who greeted us upon arrival was jovial and friendly as usual and was very helpful with our requests and I had been in contact with her from the time I booked many months before until the time I arrived at the place with my wife and three children. The location is perfect for us as we were visiting family around the Dandenong area. There are also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in the local area which is great. As we needed to stay in Dandenong during our trip to Melbourne, the INSAA two bedroom townhouse was perfect for our needs. The person who greeted us upon check-in was polite and accommodating. When we informed her a day later that the TV indoor antenna was broken, she came a few hours later to hand us a brand new one. The bedrooms were spacious and our two older children loved their room with two single beds. The rooms also have adequate cooling and heating facilities. The kitchen was nice and practical and there were complimentary tea and coffee. Although we didn't cook anything during our four day stay, we could have easily cooked up a storm with the utensils and pots and pans provided. A small gripe was that none of the toilets/bathrooms had any lock but considering the place is brand spanking new, we would hope that this would be rectified in due time. Overall it was a perfect place to stay for us and our three young children and we will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Melbourne. Din from Sydney, Australia 11 April 2012
