Isabella was built in the 1890's and whilst having been lovingly restored and renovated still retains its historic charm. This delightful fully self contained three bedroom house has a 4 star rating and is a short walk to great cafes, terrific pubs, renowned restaurants and all local attractions including Kyneton's beautiful blue stone buildings, Museum and Botanical Gardens. Isabella's fantastic central location enables you to explore the Macedon Ranges and Spa country and is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Enter through the front gate and straight away take in the beautiful roses and lavender. In September over one hundred daffodils bloom just in time for the Kyneton Daffodil Festival. Open the door and step into another era, a welcoming ambiance with beautifully polished original floorboards and magnificent twelve foot high timber ceilings await you. Isabella is spacious and tastefully decorated.

The lounge is spacious and has an attractive gas coal open fire to complement the beautiful antique mantle piece. Relax on a large comfortable club suite. TV, DVD, Ipod and CD players and Free Wi-Fi for your entertainment. There are three generous-sized bedrooms which sleep up to six and we pride ourselves on our comfortable beds - 2 queens and 2 singles and quality linen and towels are supplied.

Isabella has a modern very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and your tariff includes delicious breakfast provisions. Other facilities include a shower, bath, two toilets and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking. Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.
? Deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
? Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 3 days prior to occupancy or if not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.
? The deposit is refunded in full if cancellation is received 10 days prior to Initial arrival date. If less than 10 days notice is given, deposit may be refunded if replacement booking is obtained.
? Our tariff is based on a per person basis with two persons per bedroom and should extra beds or rooms be used you will be charged extra for use of these facilities. Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance
? To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
? Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.
? Damage, Theft and Loss are the tenant?s responsibility during their stay.
? Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Checkout time as listed above is to allow time to prepare the property for next guests.
? Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.
? Pets are not allowed.
? Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant?s personal property.
? Loss of the key by the tenants will incur a charge of $50 for the replacement of lock barrels and new keys. If guests make the Masterlock inoperable they will be subject to a $100 fee for its replacement.
? Internet Fair Use Policy has been implemented so that we can deliver a broadband service that is fast and reliable to all our guests. Should your usage be far in excess of that expected and therefore have impact on other guests use we reserve the right to charge the ensuing costs.
? The property and its contents, equipment and appliances are checked regularly and believed to be in good working order. The proprietors of Isabella at Kyneton cannot accept responsibility for circumstances beyond their control in the unlikely event of mechanical breakdown, plumbing or wiring problems, inclement weather etc. The owners reserve the right to alter, adjust or cancel bookings where operational or other issues prevent the use of the property by guests and shall not be liable for any costs arising out of said cancellation. A full refund of tariff will be made.
? Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
