	Getting There :Heading from Cairns to Mareeba, we are located 500 metres past the Kuranda turnoff on the Kuranda Range.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

Full payment for accommodation will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of AU $20.00 applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$20.00.

Child Policy

Child over 14 is considered as adult.Child aged 4 and under is free.
