Geraldine Cottage (circa 1839) is a Georgian style convict brick cottage typical of its era located in the Historic town of Richmond Tasmania just 300 metters from the Richmond Bridge. Featuring 2 bedroom and 2 sitting rooms which provide the yesteryear feel for the entire family or 2 couples traveling together.

Laurel Cottage

The handmade convict bricks and lime mortar of Laurel Cottage have changed little since laid in 1830. When you step through the front door it feels like you're entering another age. The furniture has been chosen to faithfully represent the colonial era and there's a wood fire when you need it. Children are most welcome. Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

40% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

No refund for cancellations less than 48 hours out and an admin fee of 40% will apply for all other cancellations, or we would be happy for you to rebook at a mutually convenient time.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of 40%.

Child over 12 is considered as adult.Child aged 2 and under is free.
