The Manor House is located literally halfway between the Yarra River and the stylish hub of Toorak Road. Turn right outside our hotel and you can easily stroll down to the pretty Yarra River and meander your way into the heart of town. Some guests even choose to walk through the breathtaking Royal Botanical Gardens. Turn left and your every fashion and food whim will be met. Upmarket and sophisticated, Toorak Road offers fine dining, outdoor cafes, fashion, galleries, cinemas, spas and salons, bookshops and more. Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to which a one nights deposit will be debited to secure the booking.

IDENTIFICATION:
Government issued photo identification is required at check in to verify your identity.

Security Bond/Credit Card Authorisation:
A credit card authorisation (pre-authorisation) will be required at the time of check in up to the amount of $500 and will be used to cover incidentals items including, but not limited to:
- Mini Bar Charges
- Telephone and Internet usage
- Any breakages or damage incurred during your stay
- Any excessive cleaning charges, above the normal level of cleaning, due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state.
- Additional servicing charges

The pre-authorisation amount is set aside by the credit card company for a period of up to 10 days. The pre-authorisation will affect your available funds and/or spending limit. For more information on this practice we suggest the card holder contact their card issuer.

Deposit Policy

A non refundable deposit of one night will be applicable at the time of booking with the balance of the accommodation payable upon arrival.

CASH BOND POLICY:
Without the above mentioned credit card pre-authorisation bond, we can accept a cash security bond at the time of check in at our staff's discretion. We reserve the right to refuse check in to guests who cannot provide an applicable bond to cover potential damages or charges.

Min cash bond required:
1 Bedroom Apartments - AUD $300
2/3 Bedroom Apartments - AUD $500

Cash bonds will not be refunded until a complete inspection of the vacant apartment by our staff has been conducted. The registered guest name must match the name provided on the photo identification and this guests will be liable for damages caused by third parties, including but not limited to visiting friends, regardless of whether the registered guests is present or not at the time the damage occurs.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes to bookings are not permitted. Once confirmed a booking cannot be refunded or altered in any way. Any changes to booking or cancellations will incur 100% charge of the accommodation.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property will incur 100% charge of the accommodation.

Child over 12 is considered as adult.

NON-SMOKING POLICY:
All Manor House Apartments are NON SMOKING. This includes apartment balconies/terraces and common areas.
Guests who do not adhere to the non-smoking policy will incur an additional cleaning fee of $150.
