Located in beautiful Palm Cove the Marlin Waters Beachfront Apartments are ideally situated directly opposite the patrolled and netted beach. All apartments are 1 bedroom fully self contained with ocean views guaranteed. The fold out sofa in the living area allows for an extra adult or child to be accommodated .The kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge, stove and microwave. Each apartment has its own private balcony or patio,wireless broadband available. A lift services all levels. The property has a pool/spa and electric barbeque for the use of guests. The Palm Cove jetty, shops and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The car park at the rear of the building is undercover. Resident Managers live on site to meet all guests needs. Marlin Waters is ideally located for anyone wishing to visit the reef, rainforest or Tablelands with most tour companies picking up from the front door. All tours can be booked on site at no extra cost.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over. A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed. Bookings are held subject to the owner's approval. While the manager will use his best endeavours to offer alternative accommodation if the owner withdraws the apartment, the Office of Fair Trading does not prevent an owner from withdrawing property that is subject to a confirmed booking. The Guest authorises the manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable under this document or otherwise.

NO REFUND for early departure.

Only the number of people shown on the receipt may stay in the apartment overnight.

Neither Body Corporate, the Manager nor apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of property which a Guest may sustain while on the complex.

Deposit Policy

A deposit of the first night?s accommodation or 10% of the total tariff (whichever is greater) (unless otherwise stated) will confirm a booking. The balance of the tariff is due on arrival (or such other time as stated)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy may vary between buildings but generally follows the format below.

HIGH SEASON:
o Booking cancelled 28 days or more prior arrival date, will be a FULL refund less an admin fee of $30.00.

o Booking cancelled less than 28 days prior arrival date, will be NO REFUND unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. ADMIN FEE APPLIES.

MID & LOW SEASON
o Booking cancelled 14 days or more prior arrival date will be a FULL refund less an admin fee of $30.00.

o Booking cancelled less than 14 days prior arrival date, will be NO REFUND unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. ADMIN FEE APPLIES.

SHORT NOTICE BOOKINGS
o Booking is made less than 14 days prior arrival date, will be NO REFUND unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. ADMIN FEE APPLIES.

The administration fee of $30.00 applies to ALL CANCELLATIONS and covers the cost of processing the booking, receipting and banking the money, cancelling the booking from the system, drawing the refund cheque, mailing the refund cheque with a covering letter and meeting bank charges.

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, will be NO REFUND. ADMIN FEE APPLIES.

Other Policy

Apt must not be used for any unlawful purpose. Only no. of people shown on receipt may stay in the apt overnight.
Occupancy starts and finishes on dates shown on receipt. Guest must immediately vacate the apt upon occupancy ends or is terminated. The by-laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied with. The Manager is authorised to inspect the apt at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions and do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any Guest and removal of Guests property. Guest will be liable for payment of any charges, together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the apt and its contents or the Body Corporate property incurred/caused by any Guest.
Neither Body Corporate, the Manager nor apt owner is liable for any damage or loss of property which a Guest may sustain while on the complex.
