Being completely self-contained, each air-conditioned apartment offers all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen and laundry and satellite television (with 2 Movie channels and 3 Sports channels amongst others.). Also, for peace of mind, each apartment has its own secure internal car park space.
Wireless broadband is also available throughout the complex.

	Getting There :Mermaid Beach Park View is in Ventura Road which runs from the "surf side" of the Gold Coast Highway down to the beach. Driving south, soon after passing Pacific Fair, Ventura Road is approached from the left and if driving north along Hedges Avenue, is also approached from the left. The regular buses which travel up and down the Coast stop very close by. For incoming holiday-makers, Gold Coast Airport (at Coolangatta) is around 20 minutes away by bus or taxi and the railway station at Robina is even nearer. We are happy to provide value-for-money transfers from both the Gold Coast and Brisbane Domestic and International airports

Theme Parks, Tours, Fishing, Snorkelling and heaps more. Try your luck at the Casino or enjoy the latest show. Dine out at any one of over 60 restaurants within walking distance.

We are 100m fom the beach and only 50m from Mermaid Beach Surf Life Saving Club from our back gate adjoining the park. We are 800m from Broadbeach central, Jupiters Casino, Dracula's and the Convention Centre. Pacific Fair shopping Centre is only 600m walk.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

$100 or if the booking exceeds $10000 then 10% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

LOW SEASON
If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $50.
If the booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless, and until, the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. If rebooked, an administration fee of $50 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
MID / HIGH SEASON
If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $50.
If the booking is cancelled 28 days or less prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $50 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, the full cost of the booking will be charged.
