Metropole enforces a very strict NO PARTY policy to ensure the comfort and amenity of all guests and will have no hesitation in evicting guests disturbing other patrons of the hotel.

Metropole offers a variety of meeting and conference rooms with varying seating capacities. All are fully equipped with the latest audio-visual equipment and most rooms open onto a tiled courtyard. Free wireless internet access is provided to most conference rooms, accommodation rooms and public areas. The hotel also provides secretarial, fax and photocopying services.

	Check In : 1400hrs Check Out : 1100hrs Reception Hours : If requiring early check in please request on booking. Accommodation cannot be guaranteed before 2pm, but Metropole will store luggage and provide car parking if required prior to this time.
	Car Parking : Secure, 24 hr access under cover guest car parking with lift access to all apartment levels is free of charge. Some visitor parking is also available and there is a set-down area in front of the hotel for taxi drop off.
	Getting There :Melways map 2C A11 - Metropole Hotel Apartments and Conference Centre is easy to locate, being at the city end of Brunswick Street, between Victoria Parade and Gertrude Street. The property is well signed and all taxi companies are familiar with the hotel. If you are driving from the airport, simply take the freeway into the city, taking the Flemington Road turn off, don't be distracted by the big yellow beam across the road or you'll miss the exit/ Then follow Flemington Road into the city and turn left at Victoria Street on the city fringe. Continue travelling until you pass St Vincents Hospital, turn left into Brunswick Street. Metropole is on your right a little before the next intersection. Alternatively, Star Bus will pick you up or drop you at our front door for $17.50 per person. A taxi will cost you between $45 to $55 depending on the time of day you travel.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.

Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

20% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.

An administration charge of 10% of total cost of booking applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus an administration charge of 10% of total cost of booking applies to all cancellations and no-show.
