Moonee Valley Views Apartments are located directly opposite the Moonee Valley Racecourse, boasting views of both the racetrack and Melbourne?s city skyline.

Offering warm and spacious apartments within an attractive tree lined street, Moonee Valley Views gives you the privacy of a self contained apartment with the benefits of hotel service.

Our guests have the choice of two, three or four bedroom apartments, complete with open plan living and dining, fully equipped kitchens and large central bathrooms. Moonee Valley Views provides free FOXTEL and wireless broadband as well as on-site parking. Each apartment comes with the option of either a balcony or a private courtyard.

	Car Parking : Moonee Valley Views Apartments has ample free off street parking available. Free on street parking is available 24 hours a day immediatley outside the Apartments however elsewhere in Wilson Street is designated 'Permit Zone'for residents only.
	Getting There :Located at 81-85 Wilson Street, Moonee Ponds we are directly opposite the Moonee Valley Racecourse. Wilson Street runs off Pascoe Vale Rd at Queens Park, Moonee Ponds. From Melbourne Airport take the Bulla Rd exit off the freeway and travel along Mt Alexander Rd to Queens Park, then turn left into Pasco Vale Rd. From the City, catch the No 59 tram in Elizabeth St and get off at Wilson Street & Queens Park, Moonee Ponds.

Two minutes walk to Moonee Valley Race Track and Tabaret. Direct tram link to Melbourne Central Business District and a short tram ride to the Flemington Race Track, Royal Melbourne Showgrounds, Melbourne Zoo and Telstra Dome.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
There must be an adult resident and present (aged 18 or over) for each apartment booked.

The balance of the booking reservation will be due upon arrival at Moonee Valley Views Apartment, which is payable by major credit or debit card or cash.

A standard registration form will be required to be completed upon arrival at Moonee Valley Views Apartments prior to receipt of keys and gaining entrance to your booked apartment. In that registration form you will be required to sign as having read and accepted the standard Moonee Valley Views Apartments terms of accommodation and guests for guests. Photo ID & valid credit card with same name on booking must be provided upon check in otherwise booking may be refused with no refund.

These and conditions may vary during seasonal or peak periods, but will be advised in writing or e-mail to the booking person's contact details, prior to arrival.

Deposit Policy

To secure an online reservation a deposit is required equal to the published rate for the first night's accommodation. The deposit required may vary during peak or seasonal periods. All applicable prices will be shown on the Moonee Valley Views website booking system at the time of booking. Deposit will be charged to the credit card provided during booking.

The balance of the booking reservation will be due upon arrival at Moonee Valley Views Apartment, which is payable by major credit or debit card or cash. Cheques will only be accepted with prior approval from the management and must be cleared 5 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled up until 48hours of arrival time (considered to be no later than 10pm on the due Arrival Date, or your designated time of arrival). After that time a fee will be incurred of one nights (1) accommodation, at the prescribed rate of your booking (equivalent to your deposit). The cancellation fee will be deducted from the online reservation deposit.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$20.00.

Child Policy

Child over 14 is considered as adult.Child aged 3 and under is free.

Other Policy

NO PARTY POLICY
- Parties are not permitted in any of the apartments or anywhere on the premises.
- Each apartment requires a guardian of legal age (18 years or greater).
- Registered guests only permitted in apartments after 9pm.
- Excessive noise may result in eviction and no refund of any monies paid.
- Photo ID & valid credit card with same name on booking must be provided upon check in.
