Unique traditional hosted Richmond B & B accommodation Mrs. Curries B & B is a heritage listed property c 1820's, built in Georgian style located in the heart of the Richmond historic village. 200 metres to Australia's oldest bridge (1823) Richmond Gaol (1825) craft shops and cafes.

General Information

	Check In : 1400hrs Check Out : 1000hrs Reception Hours : Reception located to rear of property. Check In from 2pm - 6pm. Please call prior if arriving outside these hours.
	Car Parking : Off street car parking, no additional cost
	Getting There :15 mins from Hobart Airport, via Cambridge to Richmond. The main road is Bridge Street; into centre of town, turn left into Franklin Street, 2nd house on right at No. 4 Franklin Street.

Things to Do

Visit the animals at Zoo Doo Fun Park, meet the Tassie Devils at Bonorong Park, take you time to taste local wines at the many wineries in the region, tour the historic town including Ghost tour. Many eating places to choose from for Morning Tea, Lunch, Afternoon Tea or Dinner! Richmond is the home of Australia's oldest bridge, oldest gaol and oldest Catholic church. Only 20 mins to Hobart.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

10% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to 1 night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of 10% of total booking cost applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a 1 night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of 10% of total booking cost.

Child Policy

Child over 15 is considered as adult. Not suitable to children under 15.
