Booking Policy

GUESTS CHECKING IN MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE AND HAVE PHOTO ID ON ARRIVAL.
A CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION OF $500.00 OR A $500.00 CASH BOND WILL BE REQUIRED ON CHECK IN TO COVER INCIDENTALS.

Deposit Policy

A deposit of the full stay amount will be taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings cancelled within 14 days of travel during low season, 28 days of travel during mid & high seasons, or no-show, full stay amount charged and no refund will apply. All other cancellations will incur a $50 administration fee.
Last minute bookings: For reservations received within the cancellation policy period, the booking will be held for 48 hours, should the booking cancel after this 48 hour period, full cancellation fees will apply. Please contact the property direct for bookings made within 72 hours.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge you the full booking amount.

Child over 12 is considered as adult. Child aged 2 and under is free. Cot Hire is $8 per night payable direct.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECK INS OR CHECK OUTS ON CHRISTMAS DAY.
