All units are two bedroom, two storey tropical townhouse style apartments. Bedrooms and bathroom are situated upstairs and all have a queen size bed with two singles (which can be joined together if required). Each unit has a bath, shower and toilet with ample storage and hanging space in the bedrooms. Downstairs all units are equipped with full size fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Lounge and dining areas are spacious and all open onto large expanses of lawn and breathtaking sub-tropical gardens. Most have a courtyard area and all have a table and chairs to sit and enjoy breakfast or an evening wine. All units have a full laundry with dryer and washing machine and downstairs toilet as well, complimentary detergents are supplied on arrival All units are individually decorated and provide clean and comfortable accommodation.Apartments look out toward our shaded garden areas with BBQ facilities conveniently located in the large garden area that looks onto the pool. With 2 barbeque's currently available.

	Getting There :Flight Flight services operate daily to and from the Brisbane and Maroochydore Airports. Noosa is approximately 90 minutes drive north from Brisbane Airport and 30 minutes drive north from Maroochydore Airport. Bus A number of companies provide regular airport transfer services from both the Brisbane and Maroochydore Airports which we can arrange for you prior to arrival. Call us with arrival times and we would be happy to book your transfers. Car Hire cars are readily available from both airports which we can also arrange for you prior to arrival.

Noosa gardens Riverside Resort is situated directly opposite Noosa Lake, which is a tidal lake ideal for kayaking or fishing. We are 3 klms to Noosa's Main Beach and National Park and only 300 metres to the Noosa River which offers many watersport activities including boating, fishing, stand-up paddling and also variety of dining options from silver service to fish and chips on the river banks. Noosa Harbour is a 3 klm walk or bike ride which also offers many dining alternatives.

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.

Deposit Policy

A deposit of $200.00 is required on all christmas and Easter bookings and a $100.00 deposit is required at all other times. These deposits are required at time of booking. Balance is payable on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Low Season Full refund of deposit paid if booking is cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation fee equivalent to the applicable rate for 2 nights if cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival date. Mid Season Full refund of deposit paid if booking is cancelled up to 28 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation fee equivalent to the applicable rate for 2 nights if cancelled 28 days or less prior to arrival date. No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival date. High Season Full refund of deposit paid if booking is cancelled up to 28 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation fee equivalent to the applicable rate for 2 nights if cancelled 28 days or less prior to arrival date. No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival date.
