Our complex has eight fully self-contained spacious, comfortable and clean 2 bedroom apartments with a 3½ Star AAA rating. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the Fishpen, only 200m from the surf and with a 1km flat walk across the causeway to the town centre.

Our eight 2 bedroom fully self-contained apartments sleep 4 people and are ideally suited for family holiday accommodation or couples. The apartments are very clean, comfortable and have everything you need during your stay.

Each apartment has a queen bed in main bedroom and 2 single beds in second bedroom, a fully- equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, a bathroom with full size bath and separate shower, a laundry with washing machine and dryer and TV with FOXTEL and DVD player. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with independent reading lamps, electric blankets and good sized wardrobe. Second bedroom is perfect for the kids or extra adults, the second bedroom has 2 single beds with electric blankets and individual reading lamps. A foldaway mattress can be provided for an extra child up to 10 years of age.

The tropical garden surrounds include a solar heated in-ground swimming pool as well as gas and electric barbecues, outdoor dining tables and a small children's playground. Off-street parking and a secure area for bikes, surfboards, fishing gear. At reception there is an extensive book library and tourist information.

The track from Ocean Drive to Merimbula's Main Beach is just across the street. The walk to the beach takes less than 2 minutes. Situated between the ocean and the lake you are within walking distance of the town centre, boat ramp, beaches, airport, walking track to Pambula and the boardwalk around lake.

Ocean Drive has a pleasant atmosphere and provides family friendly holiday accommodation with opportunity for guests to mingle.

Linen is not included in the tariff but is available for hire @ $15 pp per week.

General Information

	Check In : 1400hrs Check Out : 0930hrs Reception Hours : Arrival time is strictly after 2:00pm and departure time is strictly by 9:30am unless other arrangements have been agreed to in advance. There is no refund for early departure. Please advise prior to arrival if expecting to arrive after 1700hrs (5pm).
	Car Parking : Paved, off-street car parking (1 space per unit). Boat parking may be available by prior arrangement. There is one car park space allocated per unit. Unless otherwise arranged with the Managers extra cars must be parked in the street. Guests' visitors are not permitted to park in the car park.
	Getting There :If arriving by car, turn from Arthur Kaine Drive into Dunns Lane then right at the T-intersection into Ocean Drive. If arriving by plane or bus, contact us to arrange pickup.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

We reserve the right to terminate a booking immediately, without refund, if our Terms and Conditions are breached.

Number of Guests :
Only the number of people shown on the receipt for the balance of the tariff may stay in the unit overnight and any increase in numbers without prior approval may lead to termination of the tenancy with no refund.

Damage :
Any damages or breakages are to be notified to the Managers immediately. Guests are liable for payment of any charges incurred as a result and the guest authorises the Manager to charge their credit card for any such charges.

Pets :
NO PETS are allowed in the holiday units and guests or visitors are not permitted to bring pets on to the property.

Smoking :
There is strictly NO SMOKING in any unit. Should this occur the tenancy may be terminated and the unit must be vacated with no refund.

Ball Games :
Ball games are not permitted on the property under any circumstances.

Wheels :
Bikes, scooters, skateboards and other wheeled devices are not to be ridden on the property.

Regulations :
The by-laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Managers must be complied with and the tenancy may be terminated if, after receiving a warning, any Guest fails to comply with this warning.

Our Commitment :
The property is maintained to a high standard but if you should find something not working correctly we ask that you advise us, as soon as possible, so that the matter can be attended to. We also welcome any comments and suggestions you have which may improve your holiday experience at Ocean Drive Apartments.

Deposit Policy

Credit card is required to make a booking. Bookings are not confirmed until receipt of the requested booking deposit. Full payment of the tariff is required on arrival unless special prior arrangements have been made with the Managers.

Cancellation Policy

$50 administration fee applies to all cancellations. If unit is unable to be rebooked, the following conditions apply:
Cancellation within 1 month – no refund.
Cancellation within 2 months – 50% of deposit will be retained.
Cancellation 3 months or more – 25% of deposit will be retained.

We suggest that you consider travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, there will be NO REFUND.

Child Policy

Child over 12 is considered as adult for cost purposes

Other Policy

Strictly no smoking or pets are allowed. Should this occur the tenancy may be terminated and the unit must be vacated with no refund.

Only registered guests are permitted to use the BBQ and pool without prior arrangement with the Managers.

Very clean and comfortable and in a great location that is quiet but close to all the attractions of the Fishpen.
