Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking. Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. The credit card and ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. If a credit card can not be provided, a $500 cash bond will be required to cover any incidentals. The cash bond will be returned upon departure, following an inspection of the apartment by staff.

Our intention is for all our guests staying at Osprey Apartments to enjoy the comfort and facilities we offer. As such, we have a no party policy and no noise will be permitted after 10pm. Osprey Apartments may evict a guest or visitor if this policy is not adhered to, without refund.

Deposit Policy

A deposit of the full stay amount will be taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Low Season: For bookings cancelled within 14 days of travel or no-show, full stay amount charged and no refund will apply. All other cancellations will incur $50 administration fee.
Mid & High season: For bookings cancelled within 31 days of travel or no-show, full stay amount charged and no refund will apply. All other cancellations will incur $50 administration fee.
Last minute bookings: For reservations received within the cancellation policy period, the booking will be held for 48 hours, should the booking cancel after this 48 hour period, full cancellation fees will apply. Please contact the property direct for bookings made within 72 hours.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge you the full booking amount.

Child Policy

Child over 12 is considered as adult. Child aged 2 and under is free.

Please note - No refunds are available if you choose to shorten your stay after checking in.
