	Getting There :Palm Villa Serviced Apartments are located just off the Hume Freeway. - When heading South-east on the Hume Freeway. - Veer left onto Borella Rd, then at the roundabout turn left into Short St. - Take your first right onto Borella Rd. Albury train station is located 2km from Palm Villa Serviced Apartments, and should take approximately a 7 minute drive.

Private laundry facilities. The kitchen has large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, plates, cutlery, pots and much more. The laundry has washing machine and dryer. There is a single lock up garage with remote control with entrance into a private outdoor patio with table and chairs and own BBQ. The apartments have alarm system and own key code for entry. 3 bedroom spacious luxury townhouse. The Main bedroom is spacious with king size bed, beautiful ensuite with bath, 32 inch TV with DVD player and chrystal chandelier. Second room is spacious with queen bed. Third room is spacious with a queen and single bed. All bedrooms have lots of storage space with suitcase racks. Quality linen and towels are provided. Lounge has a 60 inch TV and surround sound system with plenty of couches for entertaining. Fully self contained kitchen with all cooking utensils. Laundry with washing machine/dryer. Double glazed windows. A BBQ area is provided with 6 seater outdoor table and chairs. The Townhouse has key-coded access and alarm system, so no need to worry about keys. Property has 2 car spaces. A weekly clean and service is provided.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

Palm Villa Serviced Apartment will charge $100 at the time of booking and remaining amount will be charged to the credit card 2 prior to check in date.

Cancellation Policy

In case booking is cancelled with 72 hours notice, $100 will be charged to the guest.
In case booking booking is cancelled within 72 hours of check-in date, first 2 nights will be charged to the guest.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$20.00.

Child Policy

Child over 12 is considered as adult.
