Long known as the holiday playground of Victoria with glorious beaches and magnificent homes to the rich and famous, Portsea is the perfect getaway location. Portsea Village Resort is a boutique complex of 25 contemporary apartments, ideally located just a short stroll from the beach and within easy walking distance of the popular seaside town centre.

Light and airy, each of the stylish apartments is beautifully appointed with a spacious open living area, complete with TV, DVD and complimentary Foxtel & WiFi. There's also a fully equipped kitchen, meals area, laundry facilities and your own private balcony. Choose from a one or two bedroom apartment - all with supremely comfortable king sized beds and well equipped bathrooms.

Ideal for groups and family getaways, Portsea Village Resort boasts impressive leisure and sports facilities. Our restful guest lounge is stocked with morning papers and glossy magazines, large TV with foxtel. Guests can choose from two magnificent heated pools, or relax in a spa or the sauna. The more energetic may decide to visit the gym, tennis or squash courts. All of which are complimentary for use by our guests.

Our fine dining restaurant is open every Friday & Saturday evening, or other nights by arrangement.

Play golf at one of the 11 nearby courses, visit a winery in Red Hill or Merricks, check out a gallery in Red Hill, take a horse ride along the beach, learn to scuba dive, swim with the dolphins, fly a kite on the beach or even relax and have a massage.

	Getting There :Portsea Village Resort 3765 Point Nepean Road Portsea VIC 3944 DIRECTIONS: - Make your way from Melbourne to East Link (tolls apply) and connect to the Peninsula Link - Follow the Freeway until it ends at Rosebud. - Follow the signs to Portsea - Portsea Village Resort is in the heart of Portsea directly opposite the pier.

12% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking by BookDirect2Save.
38% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking by Portsea Village Resort.
Remaining balance (50% of total booking cost) will be charged by Portsea Village Resort and due on checkin.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of AUD 50 will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the deposit will be charged.

No Show Policy

You will be charged the full amount of the booking.

Child older than 12 years of age is considered adult for cost purposes.
