Deposit Policy

10% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of AU $20.00 applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

no cancellation has been made and you fail to arrive, you will be charged one night's room charge for each room booked plus an administration fee of AU$20.00.

Child Policy

Children over 12 are considered adults. Children aged 3 and under stay free.
