Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

20% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking (10% of total booking cost will be charged by BookDirect2Save and 10% of total booking cost will be charged by Hotel). Balance payment (80% of total booking cost) upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An admin fee of 10% of total cost of bookings applies to all cancellations and no show.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property by 10.00am on the morning following the Guests scheduled arrival date, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus an admin fee of 10% of total cost of bookings.
