44 Studio and One Bedroom self contained apartments offer a unique accommodation experience. Located in town centre only 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. All apartment types offer an alternative to traditional Hotel or Motel type lodging and represent a value for money 4+ star accommodation experience.

Our quiet central location on Dickens Street means only a short stroll to all the Art Deco attractions that Napier is famous for. The surrounding Hawke's Bay region is home to some of New Zealand's best wine and produce. Discover a gourmet trail for yourself.

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made no less then 48 hours prior to arrival or a charge of one (1) nights accommodation will be incurred onto the Guest's credit card.
An administration charge of10% of total booking cost applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

A failure to arrive by 10:00am on the morning following the Guest?s scheduled arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to one (1) nights accommodation plus an administration fee of 10% of total booking cost.
