Located on Currie Street in the current Post Office Building, Quest New Plymouth is centrally located to service the accommodation requirements of New Plymouths' corporate, educational and leisure precincts.

40 self contained units with a mixture of studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments offering your home away from home requirements including full cooking facilities and washer / dryer facilities. All apartments offer a business desk with wireless internet access (small charge applies), brand new purpose built apartments featuring modern decor.

Guests are offered the choice of a spacious Studio Apartment, One Bedroom Apartment, One Bedroom Executive Apartment with Spa Bath or a Two Bedroom Interconnecting Apartment. The larger living area adds to the space available and guests also have the use of a modern, full kitchenette, including 2-ringed bench top hob, oven, fridge, dishwashing drawer, and microwave, with all necessary pots, pans and implements provided.

All apartments have been tastefully furnished to the highest standards and offer guests a laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer, flat Screen LCD TV with SKY plus DVD player, desk and direct dial phones with mail box.

Studio Apartments are open plan living/bedroom, while the One Bedroom Apartments have a separate lounge. The Two Bedroom Apartments are a Studio Apartment and One Bedroom Apartment interconnected. The One Bedroom Executive Apartments are even bigger with a Sofa bed for extra guests staying over and of course the Spa Bath for full relaxation.

Mobility Studio Apartments provide direct access from carpark level without the need for lifts. They include Mobility car parking and mobility assistance bathrooms with all the other modern conveniences of the Studio Apartments.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.

An administration charge of 10% of total booking cost applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of 10% of total booking cost.
