	Check In : 1400hrs Check Out : 1000hrs Reception Hours : Reception Hours - 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday - Friday & 8am to 4pm Saturday & Sunday. Upon arrival, each guest will be required to sign a standard Quest registration form, and accept the terms and conditions therein for his/her stay. A pre-authorisation of your credit card for your accommodation amount may be required. If paying in cash, a room security bond will be required upon arrival.
	Car Parking : One undercover car bay free of charge per apartment.
	Getting There :From International Airport - Drive down Horrie Miller Dr, turn right into Tonkin Highway. Turn left onto Great Eastern Highway. Continue down the same road until it changes it's name to Canning Highway. Turn right onto Way Rd, then left at Mill Point Rd & then left into Arlington Ave.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

All bookings are held in good faith to the arrival and departure date listed in the reservation, at the rate specified. To confirm reservations, current valid credit card details deposit equal to the first night's accommodation 10 days prior to arrival are required. Variations to this may apply during peak periods at the property's absolute discretion.

On arrival a pre-authorisation of your credit card for your accommodation amount may be required.

All credit card payments will attract an additional charge 1.5% of the total invoice.

Deposit Policy

First night accommodation will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation received by a Quest property 2pm 48 hours prior to booking will not receive penalties.

Should a cancellation be received within 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, or should the reservation not be taken (a no-show), then a one night room rate charge will be applied. Peak period charges may vary.

Any cancellation fee will automatically be charged to the credit card details provided for confirmation, or deducted from the reservation deposit.
