Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.

An administration charge of 10% of total cost of booking applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and a failure to arrive by 10:00am on the morning following the Guest's scheduled arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to one (1) nights accommodation for every room booked plus a administration fee of 10% of total cost of booking.
