Quest on Nelson (formerly Regatta Court) is only 250 metres down Nelson Street on the right. Secure underground carpark available at $15.00 per night unless included in package. From the Airport the travel time for the 22 kilometre journey is approximately 30 minutes. Taxis $35-$65.00, shuttle $18-$25.00 & airbus $16.00 (nearest drop off at Sky City).

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.

An administration charge of 10% of total booking cost applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made 48 hrs prior to check in date and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked

Children over 12 years of age are considered an adult. Children aged 3 and under are free if sharing existing bedding. Rollaway beds and baby cots available on request and may incur additional charges.
