Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.

Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

20% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking (10% of total booking cost will be charged by BookDirect2Save and 10% of total booking cost will be charged by Hotel). Balance payment (80% of total booking cost) upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of one night's accommodation will apply to any booking cancelled within 48 hours of arrival time. If no arrival time is specified, it is deemed by 7.00pm of that day. Any cancellation fee will automatically be charged to the credit card on the confirmation, or deducted from the reservation deposit. Group bookings or reservations for "Event Weekends" must be cancelled at least 21 days in advance of stated arrival date to avoid penalty payment of the full tariff for the period booked.

NOTE: Administration charge of 10% of total cost of booking for all cancellations and no-show.

No Show Policy

If no arrival time is specified, it is deemed by 7.00pm of that day. If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus Administration charge of 10% of total cost of booking for all cancellations and no-show.

Child Policy

Child over 1 is considered as adult.
