The hotel has two large serviced conference rooms capable of accommodating up to 100 people. Conference rooms ideal for corporate events, training programmes, and large functions. Photocopying, email, computer work available upon request. ISD/STD direct dial telephone with fax/modem attachment.

	Check In : 1400hrs Check Out : 1000hrs Reception Hours : Reception hours are 7am - 9pm Weekdays and 9am - 6pm weekends.
	Car Parking : We have onsite undercover parking available at NZD$15.00 inc GST per night. Spaces are strictly limited and must be reserved prior to arrival. We recommend that you put this request under Guest Comments when making your reservation.
	Getting There :25 minutes from the airport by taxi. A 5 minute taxi ride from Intercity rail station and coach terminal. A 10 minute taxi ride from the ferry terminal.

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.

Deposit Policy

20% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking (10% of total booking cost will be charged by BookDirect2Save and 10% of total booking cost will be charged by Hotel). Balance payment (80% of total booking cost) upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked plus an administration charge equivalent to 10% of total cost of booking applies for any cancellation will be charged to credit card provided.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property by 10:00am on the morning following the Guest's scheduled arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to one (1) nights accommodation plus an administration fee equivalent to 10% of total cost of booking.
