1. You don't have an onsite restaurant. Where can I eat?

We have negotiated with local restaurants in the area to make available a charge back facility. Simply see reception for a charge-back card and your meal costs will be charged back to your room.

2. Can I smoke in my room?

All of our apartments are strictly non-smoking, however all of our one, two and three bedrooms apartments have balconies which allow smoking. Any indication of smoking inside the apartments will incur a penalty fee.

3. Is there public transport available?

There is public transport to the city via bus available on Parap Rd.

4. How can I book tours?

Tour information and bookings can be made at reception or simply by calling us prior to your arrival on (08) 8919 8100.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking. Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

10% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided. An administration charge of AU $20.00 applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$20.00.
