	Check In : 1400hrs Check Out : 1000hrs Reception Hours : Check-In must be prior to 8.00pm. If this is not possible please phone us prior to 7.30pm on the day of your arrival to receive late key pick instructions.
	Car Parking : Complimentary on-site car parking for one car per unit, some with undercover basement parking.
	Getting There :Drive south of the Taupo Town Centre along SH1 (the road alongside the lakefront) for 1km, turn left into Tui St. Quest Taupo is number 9 Tui St.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

PLEASE NOTE: No same day bookings after 5pm.

Deposit Policy

10% of total booking cost plus 1st night of each room booking will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made no less then 7 days prior to arrival or a charge of one (1) nights accommodation will be incurred onto the Guest's credit card
Bookings made for "Event Weekends" must be cancelled at least 21 days in advance to avoid a charge of the full tariff agreed upon.

A failure to arrive by 10:00am on the morning following the Guest's scheduled arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to one (1) nights accommodation plus an administration charge of 10% of total cost of booking.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus an administration charge of 10% of total cost of booking.
