	Car Parking : Car Bays: Only one car bay is allocated to each apartment. Secondary vehicles and guests must park off site. Please park wherever available as long as it is not reserved. Vehicles cannot remain on the premises after checkout. Please note that the second level car park has a tight turning circle so if you have a large car, please park on the ground floor. Regal Apartments is not responsible for any damage or break-ins as owners are to park at their own risk. A $250 fine is imposed for vehicles parked without a valid permit.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

12% will be deducted at the time of booking from the credit card by Bookdirect2save.
One night payment will be taken by Regal Apartments upon booking and the rest on arrival.
Please note that Credit and Debit Cards will incur a 1.5% surcharge.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check in date or you will be charged the full amount of the first cancelled night. Please note that there is an administration fee of $35 for any cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked.

Child Policy

Child over 12 is considered as adult. Child aged 7 and under is free.

Other Policy

Smoking/Security Call Out: Regal Apartments is strictly a NON-SMOKING building (under current WA legislation): There is a $250 fine for smoking in the apartments. The $250 fine is also applicable if the smoke detector is tampered with or in circumstances where the fire alarm is set off due to smoking. If FESA are called out then any charges will be passed onto the guest if there is a false alarm. A fee is charged if the Secuirty Company is called out to let a guest in (as they have forgotten their key) or if they set the fire alarm off.
