Seashells Resort Broome has been specifically designed to allow families and couples alike to indulge in the peace and tranquillity of this tropical paradise. Stylish, fully self-contained apartments and bungalows are nestled amongst lush and secluded gardens.

The resort is a short stroll from spectacular Cable Beach and only a 5 minute drive Broome Town Centre and the airport. Broome is known for its warm, sunny days and balmy nights; its multi-cultural influences stemming from an Aboriginal and Japanese heritage; and of course its world-renowned, beautiful pearls.

Tropical gardens and paved walkways; large outdoor temperature controlled island swimming pool; spa; children's paddling pool; comfortable sun lounges; barbeques; entertaining area; children's playground; small resort shop supplying basic necessities; tour desk; complimentary car parking. Hire cars and babysitting by request.

A range of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom fully self-contained apartments is offered. All feature spacious lounge and dining areas, well appointed kitchens and laundries, with the 1 bedroom apartment additionally featuring a spa bath. Stylishly decorated with quality furnishings, terracotta floors and timber balconies or verandas, plus TV's, Foxtel (cable TV), free in house movies, DVD players, CD players, air conditioning, ceiling fans, ISD/STD telephones, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a weekly housekeeping service (daily by request). King size and single bedding available. Disabled facilities available.Smoking is not permitted inside apartments.

	Getting There :If arriving at Broome International Airport, taxis are available for the ten-minute journey to Seashells Resort Broome. If arriving by car, follow the signs to Cable Beach.

There are a variety of local activities and attractions to enjoy during your stay, including sunset cruises, scenic flights and camel rides. Also nearby is Malcolm Douglas' famous Crocodile Park, an exquisite pearl retail showroom and a variety of alfresco cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs.

All of our apartments offer large, spacious living areas with separate bedrooms, bathrooms, a full kitchen and laundry. They offer a home away from home and are larger than an average hotel room, ideal for anyone who wants to have the facility to cook their own meals, or just additional space for the family.

3. How often are the rooms serviced?

All apartments are fully self-contained and therefore are not serviced daily. However, if the duration of your stay with us is 7 nights or more, you will receive a full mid-week service. This includes a linen change and replenishment of all items.

4. Is there a cost for car parking?

There is ample parking at the property and is provided free of charge.

5. Is there a restaurant on site Seashells Resort Broome?

As our apartments are self-catering, we do not have a restaurant on site. There are several restaurants nearby. Charge back facilities can be arranged, further information is available at check-in.

Broome Airport is approximately 7km from the property. Taxi fares are estimated at $20 AUD- one-way.

No, Seashells Resort Broome is located approximately 300 meters from the beach.

9. How many floors does the property have?

The 1 & 2 bedroom apartments are located in a 2 storey block with external stair access only. The 3 bedroom bungalows are free standing single storey buildings.

10. How do I confirm my booking?

For bookings made at the 'Flexible' rate, the first night's accommodation will be charged to the credit card provided as a deposit, the balance of your accommodation will be charged upon arrival, except for July and August bookings where full payment is due 21 days prior to arrival. For all other special rates that are discounted below the ?Flexible Rate?, prepayment in full is required at the time of reservation and will be charged to the credit card provided. Please note all credit card transactions will incur a 1.5% fee.

11. How do I cancel my booking?

All bookings in July and August which are cancelled will forfeit their deposit. Cancellations will only be accepted on bookings made at the Flexible Rate. Cancellations made under this rate, will incur a $50 processing fee to be deducted from your refund. If less than 21 days notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited. For all other rates, cancellations or refunds will not be accepted. Amendments are subject to approval and may incur a $50 processing fee. Rates cannot be amended once bookings are confirmed and specials cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

14. How do I check-in after hours?

Keys will be left in a secure late box at the main entrance, the code to access the box will be provided upon reservation confirmation.

15. What is required at check-in?

Where there is a balance of accommodation due, this must be paid upon check-in. All guests are also required to provide a valid credit card for pre-authorisation. Cash bonds will not be accepted.

16. Is there a day room rate?

Yes, subject to availability, 2pm check out is available at 50% of the daily room rate.

17. What is your extra person policy?

Room capacities shown indicate the maximum number of guest permitted. Rollaway beds can be provided at extra cost per night. Cots and highchairs are provided free of charge.

18. What is your party policy?

Seashells properties encourage guests to enjoy their stay whilst keeping in the mind the enjoyments of others. We kindly ask that all guests are quiet by 9pm. Whilst guests can have visitors, we strictly prohibit parties in any of our apartments. Guests not adhering to this policy will be asked to leave the premises and may not be refunded.

19. How old do I need to be to stay?

Guests must be 18 years or over to book a room with Seashells, and must be a legal parent or guardian of the remaining guests, if they are under 18. Photo identification maybe requested upon check in.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The hotel reserves the right to refuse bookings where there is not a registered guardian accompanying minors.

The person making the reservation is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions on behalf of the booked party.
