Deposit Policy

15% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking by BookDirect2Save.com.au

A security deposit of AUD 300 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent will be charged.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, 100 percent will be charged.

Child Policy

Any additional older children or adults are charged AUD 50 per night for extra beds.

The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
