Sommerville Valley is a family owned holiday park and resort, located in a beautiful and quiet area on Storm King Dam. 80 acres of bush land and nature offers spacious powered sites, unpowered shady camping sites and budget cabins. 7 new luxury waterfront self-contained apartments overlooking the lake can accommodate up to 6 people. Luxury retreat with a spa bath, spacious verandah, bbq, fully equipped kitchen, lounge with a wood heater. And more....heated swimming pool with a large deck with sun chairs and umbrellas. Private and quiet.

	Getting There :From Stanthorpe to Sommerville Valley: Drive through Stanthorpe. Take Sugarloaf Road (off Wallangarra Road) out of town. Stay on Sugarloaf Road until you come to Nielsens Road. Turn right and then right again onto Sommerville Lane.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.
Changing Booking Dates
When dates for bookings are changed and the request can be accommodated, there will be no charge. If we cannot change the booking, the rules for cancellations will apply. Deposits can be held in credit for no longer than 6 months.

Deposit Policy

10% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Off Peak Season
? More than 7 days' notice, payment is refundable, less AU$20 administration fee.
? Less than 7 days' notice, payment is non-refundable.
Peak Season
? More than 30 days' notice, payment is refundable, less AU$20 administration fee.
? Less than 30 days' notice, payment is non-refundable.
Peak season rates apply for Christmas, Easter, school holidays, long weekends, special events and festivals.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$20.00.

Child Policy

Child over 12 months is charged as an adult.
Babies in their own cots stay free.
