1. What is check in time?
Officially check in time for our Sorrento Luxury Apartments(Merimbula) is 2PM. We will endeavour to help you if you wish to book in earlier, depending on availability.

3. Do we have BBQ Facilities
Yes. Gas BBQ is available to all Guests.
4. Are the Apartments serviced?
No.
5. Do we have to bring our own linen?
All linen is supplied. You need to bring your own beach towels.
6. Is the pool heated?
The pool is solar heated.
7. Where are Merimbula beaches in relation to your apartments?
We are within a 15 minute flat walk to the main surf beach or a five minute drive to both surf beaches.The lake beach is approximately 250 metres.
8. Children
"Top Fun" for the children is only 75 metres from our apartments with mini golf,ten pin bowling and games. "Magic Mountain" is a five minute drive."Potaroo Palace" has native animals, BBQ facilities and train rides for the children. The picture theatre is within a short walk.
9. Whale watching season in Merimbula
The main whale watching season is from the end of September until mid November. Chartered cruises are available both from Merimbula and Eden.
10. Fishing in Merimbula
Great fishing spots can be found in Merimbula and surrounds. There are charter boats to take you out to sea for some great catches.
11. Golf in the area
Merimbula- Pambula golf club has a 27 hole course. Tura Beach golf club is a five minute drive, set against magnificent scenery of ocean beaches.Eden golf club is a thirty minute drive.
12. For walking enthusiasts
Many lovely beach and park walks are within a short distance.The Boardwalk is a popular short walk for many.

Terms & Conditions
Booking Policy
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.
Deposit Policy
10% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of AU $50.00 applies to all cancellations.
No Show Policy
If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge the full cost of your stay for the number of apartments booked plus a administration fee of AU$20.00.
Child Policy
Child over 14 is considered as adult.
