Stadium Waldorf Apartments Hotel complex provides a luxurious 4.5 star hotel & serviced apartments accommodation options in the Quay Park/Auckland Water Front location over ten storeys of luxurious levels.

This high quality security complex incorporates 174 serviced spacious studio, one bedroom, one bedroom + study, two bedroom as well as 3 bedroom furnished apartments. These are suitable for short and extended stays.

High-end 4.5* rating serviced apartments. Fully furnished and equipped en-suite studios, one, two and three bedroomed apartments with internal laundry. Most apartments have balconies and our higher level floors have great city views. Larger than normal with high acoustic sound rating and fully air-conditioned.

	Car Parking : Undercover car park is available at NZD$18.00 per night or NZD$70.00 including GST per week. There is no requirement to book parking - please park outside the hotel and proceed to check in. From here we can issue you a swipe card and advise the directions for the car park. Please note that a height restriction of 2.1m exists.
	Getting There :FROM THE NORTH - Take the Fanshawe Street exit. Follow Fanshawe round to Customs Street and keep driving straight ahead until you come onto Beach Road. We are on the left hand side. FROM THE SOUTH - Take the Symonds Street off ramp. Keep driving down Symonds Street, this will take you onto Anzac Avenue. Keep driving down to the bottom of Anzac Avenue and you will come to a set of lights. Turn right at these lights and you are on Beach Road. We are on the left hand side. FROM THE WEST - Take the Nelson Street exit. Turn right at the bottom of Nelson Street onto Fanshawe Street. Follow Fanshawe round to Customs Street and keep driving straight ahead until you come onto Beach Road. We are on the left hand side.

Booking Policy

We require a credit card at time of booking. Payment can then be made via credit, cash or EFTPOS on arrival. A valid credit card is required on check-in for any extra charges and for guarantee of the room. If a credit card is not available on arrival, then full room rate, a NZD$500 cash bond (refunded on check out if everything is okay with the room) and photo id is required.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations, or you will be charged a one night cancellation fee. For bookings of 7 days or longer, a 1-week cancellation fee will apply. Please note that in the event of a no-show, no refund will be offered.

Other Policy

There is a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY and no noise after 10.00pm. Both policies are strictly enforced. There is a maximum of two extra guests per room between the hours of 8.00am and 10.00pm. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior management approval.
