Located on the magnificent Broadwater, you can enjoy stunning views stretching beyond the Broadwater to stradbroke and wavebreak islands then south to the glamorous city lights of Main Beach and Surfers Paradise. We have 1 & 2 bdrm fully self contained apartments all with large balconies, spa baths, we provide secure undercover parking, an intercom system. During your stay we invite you to make use of the full resort facilities including heated rooftop pool, BBQ area, tennis court, gym and games room. Renowned Mano's Restaurant onsite.

	Getting There :We are approximatly 7kms north of Surfers. Take the Helensvale exit 62 off the M1, head towards the beach on the Nerang Brisbane Rd

Located within close proximity to all of the major Theme Parks and attractions you can access them during busy times without having to endure the trafic of Surfers Paradise. Easy access to the M1 which takes you to the Gold Coast Hinterland where you can enjoy stunning bush walks, restaurants and wineries. Runaway Bay Sports centre is a handy 3 min drive from here if you are on the coast for a sporting event. Enjoy shopping at Sanctuary Cove or the famous outlet store Harbourtown which is 2 mins from here. Then of coarse you can enjoy all of the water activities that the Broadwater has to offer such as fishing, sailing, jet boating, jet skiing or just liying on the golden beach watching the children play in the protected waters.

1. What is the maximum number of guests you can have per apartment?

Our two bedroom apartments sleep a maximum of 5 guests including any child or infant. This is for the safety of our guests. There is an charge of $35 per night for an extra person which includes a rollaway bed.

2. Do all units face the ocean?

No. If you have a priority for a water facing unit, you will need to specify this in your booking and usually they are a little more expensive, however for best satisfaction and certainty, phone Reception on 07 5537 9466

3. Are all your units the same standard?

All units are individually owned and are rated and priced accordingly. Most have been refurbished and are rated higher.

4. Can I arrive prior to 2pm in the weekend?

Our reception closes at 4pm on Saturday and 2pm on Sunday, so it is actually easier for all if you do arrive just before we close. Please remember, however that we do need to complete all housekeeping prior to check-in, so your room is not guaranteed prior to 2pm. If you have any concerns prior to arrival please give us a call.

5. I am arriving after Reception Hours, how do I get into my room?

We have an efficient and reliable After-hours service. Simply follow the prompts at the front doors upon arrival. There is a telephone box on the wall above the intercom which you simply need to pick up. This dials through to our after-hours service you will provide access to the building as well as the code for the safe located inside the lobby where you will find an envelope with your surname. Your Room Keys are inside. Please call into Reception the next morning to check in officially.

6. I am leaving before Reception opens. What do I do with my keys?

Please ensure your account is balanced and you have nothing outstanding at the reception the previous day. If you have a car parked in the secure Car Park, ensure you get your car out first, then simply drop the keys into the letter box on the wall to the left of the front doors.

7. Is internet available from the rooms?

Wireless connection from your laptop is available at $7/hr, $15/day, $30/3 days, $40/7 days. Vouchers can be purchased at reception.

8. Do I get daily housekeeping service?

No. As we are self contained apartments, guests staying for longer than 7 days receive a mid stay service. Only one set of linen, towels, toilet paper etc are provided to set you up. Extra toilet paper etc is available at Reception. If you would like housekeeping service, it is available at an extra cost.

9. Can I swim in the Broadwater?

Yes. The Broadwater with it's inviting calm, still waters is a perfect place for your kids to splash around in. There are many people who enjoy their daily swim out in the waters.

10. I have a special request....

We understand that sometimes you require something extra for that special occasion or just as a general comfort. Please note that everything is request only basis and NOT guaranteed. We will try our best to accommodate you.

11. Do you have cot for hire?

Yes. Cots are available for hire upon request for $5 per night. High chairs are also available for hire at the same cost.

12. Is there an option for the bedding configuration?

No, all the apartments have the same bedding configurations. 1 queen and 2 singles for an 2 bedroom apartment and 1 queen for a 1 bedroom

13. I need to cancel...

You can cancel using the 'Cancellations' tab at the top of the page. Please note that any cancellations of more than 14 days will incur a admin fee of $50. Any cancellations of less than 14 days will depend on our ability to re-let your booking.

14. Long term stays..

We also offer long term stays. Please contact us for availability and prices.

15. Can I bring my pet?

Sorry, strictly no pets are permitted on the premises due to health regulations

16. I want to use a credit card other than VISA and Mastercard..

We do not accept Diners. We do accept American Express however it will incur a small surcharge

17. No party policy..

As we are a family resort with young children, we do not accept parties. Please be mindful of other guests when it comes to excessive noise

18. Difference in rates...

We advertise the best possible rates on our websites. Rates fluctuate daily depending on the availability and vacancy as all places do. If you find that current rates are cheaper than you initally booked, unfortunately we cannot provide a refund for the difference, and we do not ask you to pay the difference if prices go up. It's always better to book in advance as any requests can be accommodated.

19. Can I have a late check-out?

We do not offer the option for late check-out due to our housekeeping services needing to be completed for any arriving guests. We can accommodate on some occasions but no later than 11am. Check out is 10am. A fee will apply for a check out after 11am

20. Are there shuttle buses which run from the Airport?

Yes. Both the Gold Coast International and Brisbane International Airports have shuttle buses which run directly to your door and leave from out the front of the departure gates. Book at the information desk at the Airport. They leave every 30mins approx.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

$ 200.00 deposit is required upon booking with balance payable on arrival. Please note $400.00 deposit required for xmas holiday season.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations of 14 days or more will incur a adminitration fee of $50. Anything less that 14 days will forfeit the full deposit plus the remaining accommodation balance will be charged.

No Show Policy

No show will forfeit the full deposit plus remaining balance of accomodation will be charged.

Child Policy

Child over 14 is considered as adult.
Child aged 3 and under is free.

Lounge furniture is a bit dated as leather seats have leather bits coming away and chair leg underneath very bent. Mirrors/glass appeared quite dirty. Overhead fans need cleaning. Ensuite shower had another guests left over soap Small things only but can leave an impact. We have stayed here quite a few times and always enjoy ourselves as facilities and location are very good Caroline from Victoria, Australia 15 March 2016

Location is great..we booked the deluxe waterfront apartment and the view was very nice from our room, All the shopping was close by and rooftop pool and spa was pretty good, the fans in the rooms were a bit noisy and Air conditioning was just in the lounge area which was a bit disappointing but overall not a bad experience and all the theme park attractions were close by as well Muhammad from Sydney, Australia 23 December 2015
