	Car Parking : One undercover space is provided per apartment. Please park in this space. If you have visitors, please have them park their vehicle in the visitors car park facing the tennis court.
	Getting There :Turn right at Captain Cook Highway from the airport. Follow Captain Cook Highway for approx 67km until Port Douglas turn off, turn right into Port Douglas. Second round a bout turn right and Titree is opposite the shops on the corner.

Our tour desk can help you make the most of your stay, this service is free of charge. We can assist you in choosing and booking any tour, we can arrange car hire, push bike hire, you can explore the Daintree Rainforest, snorkel/dive the Great Barrier Reef, have Breakfast with the Birds, Skyrail, Scenic Rail, Crocodile Cruises, Ballooning, Horseriding, River Drift snorkelling. The list is endless and we can help you with planning your stay.

Nearby we have a medical centre, dentist, cafe, Fish n Chip Takeaway, bottle shop, ice creamery, dvd store, restaurant, tavern and IGA 10 min walk. Best of all we are 300m stroll to fabulous 4 Mile Beach. Local Bus service picks up from front of the resort every 20min approx.

1. How do you get to Port Douglas?

If you have chosen to hire a car from the airport - when you get to the end of Airport Drive you turn right onto Captain Cook Highway and follow the highway until you reach the Port Douglas Turn Off (approx 67kms). To get to Ti-Tree Turn right off the highway into Port Douglas and then turn right into Barrier Street (second round-a- bout) and we are directly across the road from the shops. If you are not hiring a car we can arrange transfers on a shuttle bus for you. We just need you arrival details and departure if you are wishing to book a return trip.

2. Do you need a car?

You don?t need a car if you are planning to just vedge out and do a few tours. If you wish to really go exploring then a car would be beneficial.

3. What cooking facilities are in the apartments?

Our apartments are fully self-contained. This means you have a full kitchen including oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and all the glasses, cutlery and crockery, pots and pans etc.

4. What if I am arriving late?

If you are arriving later than 6.00pm it is suggested you let us know so we can have your unit open and ready for you with instructions being left on the reception door. It is also worth a mention that most dining venues will not be open after 8.30pm so if you miss out on dinner it may be difficult to find somewhere once you arrive. We can purchase a few items for your arrival if you would like. Just let us know and we will pick them up for you and they will go on your room account plus a small fee.

5. Should we book our tours in advance?

When booking tours it is always best to book when you arrive as you will have a better idea of what the weather will be doing etc. and we are able to help you pick the tour best suited to your needs. Staying 3 nights or less, sometimes it is better to book ahead especially in our peak season( July ? October), not so much in our low season. 6. What linen is provided?

All the linen you require is provided except for beach towels. Beach Towels are available for hire $5.00 per towel for your stay.

7. How long will we need to do everything in Port Douglas?

Generally a good length of time is 5-7 days. This will give you time to experience the best of Port Douglas and still have time to relax.

8. When are the stingers or dangerous jellyfish present?

The stinger season starts 1st November and finishes 31st May swimming enclosure (Stinger Nets) is used during stinger season on Fourmile beach with life guards present. The jellyfish are only present on coastal beaches and stinger suits are provided on cruise boats to be cautious during the season, generally the stinger season doesn?t interfere with Great Barrier Reef activities such as snorkelling or diving.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

10% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of AU $50.00 applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$20.00.

Child Policy

Child over 14 is considered as adult. Child aged 3 and under is free.
