	Getting There :From the city, follow the signs to Parramatta. The M4 Motorway starts at Strathfield and takes you through to Lapstone in the Blue Mountains. (A toll applies at the Sydney end of the M4 - $2.75). The M4 continues onto the Great Western Highway. Continue on the Great Western Highway till you reach Leura. Turn Left onto Scott Ave (before the railway overpass), then left at Gladstone Road & lastly left onto Fitzroy Street. The Blue Mountains is a 90-minute drive from Sydney.

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

10% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of AU $20.00 applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of 10% of total booking cost.

Child over 12 is considered as adult.
