I had an enjoyable stay. It was a pity that the person who does breakfast was on leave, but the staff gave excellent advice on where to get breakfast locally. I would have thought that in that a simple breakfast of a box of cereal from a multipack, a bowl, a couple of pieces of bread and single serve packs of spreads could be made provided at a price even when the official cook is unavailable. I found that the room was fine - very comfortable bed, TV worked well (although only gets audio for the digital channels), and there were no faults, although I did think the water from the bathroom sink tasted a little strange. Given I booked this mini-holiday at very short notice, I was impressed that my booking was processed so smoothly. The staff were very helpful throughout; I would definitely come again next time I travel to Cootamundra!
