Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking only.
The credit card name must be the same as the guest staying in the booking.
PLEASE NOTE: All guests will be required to proved credit card details at check-in.
Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

Deposit Policy

Hotel will collect the deposit from you and advise the amount they will charge to your credit card.

Cancellation Policy

We require 72 hours notice for booking cancellation otherwise amount equivalent to one night for the number of rooms booked will be charged to credit card provided.
An administration charge of AU $20.00 applies to all cancellations.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge a one night room charge for number of rooms booked plus a administration fee of AU$20.00.
