	Getting There :If travelling by car, head south from Hobart via the Southern Outlet (A6) to Kingston, then follow the Channel Highway (B68) to Woodbridge. Look for the Peppermint Bay Hotel, then turn right into Woodbridge Hill Road (C627), travel up 3.69km to the first real crest and we are on the right no 369 with a flag as a marker. Driveway is 500m long.

? Not be able to pay for any charges
? May cause damage to the property or other guests
? May exhibit socially unacceptable behavior
? Be concealing a dog or other unauthorized animal

Deposit Policy

When you book with us, we hold the cabin for your use. Unfortunately, if you cancel we may have to charge you. All cancellations will incur a $30 administration fee.

Cancellation Policy

When you book with us, we hold the cabin for your use. Unfortunately, if you cancel we may have to charge you. All cancellations will incur a $30 administration fee.
Cancellations over one month in advance will receive full refund (minus administration fee)
Less than one month but more than seven days will be charged 50% of cabin cost (if unable to resell).
If seven days or less we will charge total cost of cabin (if unable to resell).
No show we will also charge total cost.
If we can resell the cabin to another guest we will charge or refund the difference we are able to resell for.

If any items are damaged or broken during your visit we would be grateful if you could let us know so we can arrange repair or replacement. We also reserve the right to charge visitors for any damage that occurs that we consider to be over and above normal wear and tear. If your cabin has been left in an unacceptable condition we will charge an extra fee of $50 for cleaning.

No Show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge total cost.
