Guests will need to contact the property manager prior to arrival to finalise the arrival time for the collection of keys. Please call the property directly to arrange this at least three days prior to arrival or when make a booking if less than three days till arrival. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation.
Car Parking : Car parking is located on the basement level and is subject to availability.
Car parking is an extra charge of $15 per night and guests must arrange parking direct with the property manager prior to arrival.

Booking Policy
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking. Person making the booking must be 18 years old or over.
Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card.
Please note that there is a 4% charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card.
Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with any other credit card.
Deposit Policy
50% of total booking cost will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Outside of 28 days before you are due to arrive a full refund will apply less $150 admin fee, Inside of 28 days of arrival, any days inside of 28 days notice will be refunded if the days cancelled have been rebooked. Notice to vacate- 28 days notice is required, should you need to leave earlier we will try to rebook and refund days that are replaced.
Booking amendment: Extensions to the vacation date will be granted subject to availability, please contact at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.
Security deposits: We request credit card details and sight ID on arrival. Any breakages, damages or extra cleaning will be charged to this card after departure if necessary.
Number of Occupants: must not exceed the number permitted on this booking confirmation.
Please contact Wyndel two days prior to your departure to organise key hand over, should you wish to extend please contact as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate your request.
No Show Policy
If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charged the full amount of your booking.
Child Policy
Child over 14 is considered as adult.Child aged 3 and under is free if using own bedding.
Other Policy
Landlord access: Wyndel apartments or its agent has the right to inspect at any stage during the tenancy, provided that reasonable notice has been given to the occupant.
Smoking: Is not permitted in any of the rooms, extra cleaning charges may be applied if this happens.
Key collection: A property manager will meet the occupant at the property with the keys on your check in date. Special arrangements can be made if the occupant is arriving outside of normal working hours. Please contact the booking consultant a minimum of three days prior to arrival and departure to arrange for key collection and drop off.
Loss or damages of keys and security cards: In the event of the loss or damage of keys/security card. The occupant agrees to pay the replacement costs. If the tenants lock themselves out there will be a charge of $150 call out fee by Wyndel.
If Wyndel are unavailable A locksmith will need to be arranged, Guest will then pay the locksmith directly charges may vary. The occupant agrees not to alter locks or security devices with out permission.
Damages and breakages: The occupant or licensee agrees to pay for damages caused to the premises beyond normal wear and tear including breakages or loss of any furniture, fittings, and/or equipment to the property it?s common areas and/or its contents caused by the occupant and their guests.
Utilities: Electricity & Gas are included in the accommodation charge. Fair use is included, should this be exceeded guests will be charged the excess.
Telephones: Phone handsets are provided in the apartments should you wish to connect with Tesltra and are only connected for longer stays and must be arranged prior to your arrival date, (connection can take up to 3 weeks-connection fees and call charges apply).
Internet services: are available for hire, to ensure services are available upon arrival please arrange prior to arrival, extra charges apply.
Cable TV: is available in most buildings, please inquire to availability and costs on booking or prior to your arrival, (can take up to 2 weeks for connection to take place in some cases)
Linen: All beds are fitted with clean lined and included in one spare set of clean linen per bed
Furnishings: All apartments are fully furnished including TV, HiFi, DVD, fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.
