How far away is Santana Resort from the Airport and do you provide transport to and from the Airport?

The Resort is about 40-45 minutes from Gold Coast Airport.Charges are approx ADULT return pp$36 CHILD $18.Bookings required approx 48 hours prior to travel.You are able to arrange these at the airport otherwise contact us and we can provide contact details so you can arrange. A Taxi fair will cost approx $50-60.


Can I book all my Tours and Theme Parks ahead of time?

Yes, We can arrange everything for you. Booking ahead will save you time so when you arrive you can start enjoying yourself without the worry.Although sometimes there are wonderful specials available last minute. Sometimes booking Tours are subject to credit card and service fees, we don't charge these fees this service is provided without additional charges unlike direct website bookings.


Do you have Breakfast packs?

Yes we can supply for you available for your arrival.The cost is $25.Includes Bread ,Eggs,Bacon, Fruit Juices,Cereal and Fruit Pack

What does Self-Contained Apartment mean?

Everything you need like a mini-home.We start you off with Toilet Paper, Tea /Coffee,milk, washing liquid laundry/Kitchen,Soap.The rest is up to you.We only service the Apartments for longer stays of more than 7 days.(Linen Change and fresh Towels)only.


Do you have security parking?

Yes undercover parking is free of charge and is accessed with your room key

We have Austar included in the room price. We also hire out DVD Players and Playstation console.We have a very large selection for big and little kids!! DVD-Hire 3 days with 4 movies $20

How do you differ from Seviced Apartments?

Serviced apartments are cleaned daily Santana Apartments are self contained which means that you clean up after yourself.We service the room with Fresh Linen and Towels after 7 days.If you require fresh towels or Linen prior to the 7 days a charge applies. Toilet paper.soap Tea and Coffee are provide at the start but in order for us to keep our prices down we are unable to replenish. We do sell these items but most guests prefer to buy at Supermarkets.


Cost For Children

Children 0-4 are free a flat $10 linen charge applies per child Children 4-13 are $12 per night Over 14 classed as adults $25 extra per night


Hairdryers and Beach Towel Hire

We hire these out for $5 per stay.


Are the rooms serviced?

No these apartments are classed as self contained.We are not a hotel.We have no servicing for stays of 7 days or less.If you require a mid stay clean the rate is $43 . You will be given a 1 day supply of Toilet Paper,Soap ,washing liquid tea/coffee.Then the rest is up to you. This is how we keep our prices down well under Hotel prices. Bath Towels,mats and hand towels are provide not face washers.Linen is also provided.


How do I check-in after hours?

Santana Resort offer an after hours service making it really easy for late night check in.The phone provided near Reception will give you the information required to Check-In. After picking up the phone it will divert to our after hours service,they will assist you.We do ask that you check-in during business hours the very next day.


Secuirity Bonds prior to entry

At Santana all rooms are privately owned as such it is a requirement that we obtain prior to entry a $200 credit per-authorisation or $200 cash bond to secure the apartment against damage and or incidentals.
