We stayed at Santana for part of our honeymoon in April 2012. This was our second stay at Santana and we will definitely stay again on our next trip. Excellent value for money, located in a quiet area and an easy drive to shopping centres / restaurants / etc, with a heated pool and spa open til 9pm, and secure underground parking included. Very happy with our stay, thank you :)

Very comfortable, quiet and quite near to all attractions in Gold Coast.

Very friendly and helpful staff, easy to understand instructions and very convenient to just about everything. Also the fact that you have everything that you need for the first night if you come in late as I did.

Lovely to meet you hope to see you back.We replaced the clothes line as you suggested.

After a small hiccup at checkin (a room had not been allocated to our booking) we were offered a lower grade room which was all that was available. However this more than suited our needs - although a basic room, it was extremely clean and comfortable and good value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall we enjoyed our experience and facilities at Santana. Only minor thing was the bed was a little hard and uncomfortable however I would still recommend it to others.

We do have egg shells which can go on top of the mattress for guests who require a softer bed. Next time you stay let us know so we can assist.So nice to meet you

This was the second time we have stayed at the Santana Resort. The location is in a quiet court with little traffic noise.The apartments are well equiped and spacious. The Broadbeach shopping and dining precinct is close by. I would highly recomend the Santana Resort, The value for money is excellent. Thanks to Raquel and Anthony

We had a wonderful holiday in Gold Coast Australia with staying at Santana Resort. The room was extremely clean,neat and tidy. The resort was strategic located next to the main highway road. it easier us for walking a short distance get to the bus stop for waiting bus transportation. We hope to come again and stay with Santana Holiday Resort.

We had an excellent stay- this is the 3rd time we have booked with Santana. Absolutley everything we needed for a stress free break, we had two children, and they loved it. The pool area is great, and the games area is really good too. My parents that stayed at the same time could not get over the value for money! Great, helpful down to earth staff- not in your face but attentive when approached.

Very satisfying stay with a convenient location. Our 7 day stay was very enjoyable with the help of very friendly staff we were able to get around easily.

It was pleasant althought privacy was an issue.

The most friendly courteous and helpful staff and owners. Perfect facilities; our room had a kitchen with everything necessary and complimentary milk, tea and washing liquid etcm washer and dryer, dishwasher, and the such. All were in perfect condition. The aircon optional extra was a lifesaver on hot days. There is a beautiful pool and games room and wi-fi available for purchase. The room was self contained so room service didn't bug us but changed our towels and sheets at the end of the week, otherwise we washed everything ourselves. Brilliant location between surfers and broadbeach, bus stop right outside. Comfortable and homely, highly recommended. Had a wonderful stay with no issues.

Racquel was very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; although the resort was fully booked during Christmas we felt as though we had the place to ourselves ie good privacy.

Affordable without being 'cheap'...modern rooms and decor, spotless and clean, great amenities with lovely & helpful staff. Location is PERFECT for couples and families, and those wanting a little peace and quiet, not really for party animals. It's a nice stroll to the nearest shops in Broadbeach or a quick hop to the beach. Close to the bus stop, which provides easy and cheap access to the theme parks and airport, or only a few stops into Surfers. We spent the previous weekend on Cavill avenue in Surfers Paradise, couldn't sleep from the noise, spent twice as much and stayed in what I can only compare with a scary hotel in a horror movie! Santana was pleasant suprise, I wasn't expecting much, as I thought the price was a steal! It went above and beyond our expectations and made our holiday great! Thanks! You'll be seeing us again!

It was a very good experience, I hope to spend another holiday like this in the future.

After last minute schedule changes, my wife and I almost gave up on this weekend trip because of difficulties in finding accommodation. It was the Gold Coast 600 weekend and all hotels were booked out. Thanks to Racquel, she was able to find a room for my wife and kids. Not a 5-star accommodation but all that we needed were available, and for the rate we were given it was well worth its value. Racquel was a lifesaver.

The resort is excellent! The place is so clean, the staff are friendly and the location is good - quiet but only a 5 mins walk to the beach and a 15min walk to the centre of Surfers Paradise. It really was a great time and we would happily stay again! Thanks to you both for making our holiday so relaxing...we LOVE the hot tub.

We read many reviews on a range of hotels and resorts before we made a booking. The Santana had a good number of really positive reviews, and of course it's share of whingers as well. On balance we thought it seemed like good value for our holiday. The afterhours check in was really user friendly, and we were in our room in a couple of minutes after arriving at the resort. The room was clean and tidy, sure it's not the Hilton, but when I checked, the Santana is also a third of the price, so what we got was excellent value for money. If you're looking for a base while you're in Surfers to visit the theme parks, if you have a family and like a small resort where the pool and BBQ area is cleaned every morning, in a good location close to shops, restaurants, with good secure parking and really friendly and obliging hosts .... then I can't recommend Santana highly enough. If you're a hard to please person who doesn't lift a finger and wants everything done for you .... pay 3 times as much and stay at the Hilton and then moan about them instead.

My wife and I hadn't had a holiday in over three and a half years so this was the first time we had been able to take a time out in a long time. It ended up being one of the most care free and relaxed weeks ever! Wonderful resort with excellent staff who were helpful and very friendly. The pool was awesome and the perfect temperature everytime. At night the pool lights were pretty cool! I couldn't believe how cheap the room was for the week; such good value. I would have paid a lot more if I knew how great the resort was...

very silence and comfort

We stayed at this place for 3 nights. It was really clean and quiet place at day and night. Also really close to bus stop to Dream/Movie world way and train station. It took about 10 minutes to the Broad beach on foot and situated close to the shopping center.

Overall, a very nice place to stay and we enjoyed the setting and the location to amenities. Thanks

my overall experience at the santana resort was amazing, the staff was very helpful and was always making people feel welcome. they made us feel like home everyday. Anthony and Racquel, you guys are just wonderful your service was brilliant and you seriously need to keep the resort alive because next time I travel back your the first on me list :) we're so happy where we stayed, thank you soo much guys.

It is a convenient base to explore Gold Coast. The room is good size for proper rest after a long day of sight seeing. Relatively good value for money.

Thank you for feedback ,the air-conditioner is reverse cycle so the heating option is available during the colder months.With all self contained apartments on the Gold Coast we set you up with the basic items but to keep our prices in the budget range we are unable to replenish items such as toilet paper.This is more consistent with a serviced apartment and the prices are more reflected in the prices they charge. We hope that you can stay with us again
