Getting There : We provide courtesy transfers to and from the Melbourne airport (Tullamarine). To arrange a pick up please call reception on 9333 2200 after you have collected your luggage. If you are driving in from the airport you need to take the Mickleham Road exit and turn left. After passing the large roundabout, turn right at the second set of traffic lights and follow the road signage.

How do I catch the Shuttle Bus to/from the Airport or Broadmeadows train station?
To be picked up by our shuttle bus upon arrival at Tullamarine Airport, please call us on 03 9333 2200 once you ahve collected your luggage. Inform the receptionist what terminal you are in and how many people there are in your party. The receptionist will direct you to your nearest pickup point and then dispatch a shuttle to collect you.
Please note that there can be delays with pickups and that we will have one at the airport to collect you as soon as we can.
Do you offer RACV, Seniors Discounts, Etc?
We do offer these discounts, however these are 10% discounts that are subtracted from our Rack Rate, NOT the rate that we are selling the rooms for on this website. The rate you see online is a discounted rate and we cannot offer any further discounts on it.
Do you supply cots for infants?
We have a limited supply of cots available on a first come first served basis. Requesting a cot with your booking is not a guarantee that one will be supplied. However if we are unable to supply you with a cot we are happy to have extra blankets/pillows delivered to your room so you are able to make a bed for the infant to sleep on.
Do you have smoking rooms?
We do have smoking rooms, however we have a very limited number so one may not be available for you even if you request one on your booking. Please note that any non-smoking room found to have been smoked in will attract a $200 fine.
How many people can you fit into a room?
The maximum amount of guests allowed in the room is 4 - this can be all adults, or a combinations of adults and children. The only way we can exceed this amount is if the additional persons in the room are infants, and we must be advised in order for this to be possible.
