Katz Apartment is situated between Russell Street and Exhibition Street. Katz Apartment is close to the tram stop. (E.g. Tram 72, 67 , 6 and etc). The nearest train station is Melbourne Central Station ( about 5 minutes walk). Taxi service is also available at Katz Apartment.

50% deposit is required in order to secure the booking.

| How do I cancel my reservation? |
Our cancellation policy is that we require a 48 hours notice prior to the arrival date or otherwise 1 night accommodation will be forfeited.

Katz Apartment has studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartment. Studio apartment has 1 double bed. 1 bedroom apartment has 1 double bed and a sofa bed (normal rate $25/night, seasonal rate $35/night). 2 bedroom apartment has 1 double and 2 single beds and a sofe bed (normal rate is $25/night, seasonal rate is $35/night)
