LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY
Please come to reception on time for check-out. Please be advised, a half daily rate will apply to guests overstaying two hours pass the advised check-out time (unless if alternative arrangements have been made with a staff member). A full day's rate will apply for guests overstaying for more than two hours without any arrangements.
Please be advised you are more than welcome to store your luggage at Katz Apartment Reception during the following times:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
Saturday - Sunday: 11am - 2:30pm After Hours : Reception is open only Mon to Fri.
9:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday and Sunday 11am to 3.00pm.

Car Parking : Car park is available on request, at a cost, unless booked out prior.
Guests who have booked a car park through us must collect the car park card from reception or retrieve the card from the key safe before they park their car in Wilson Parking. Katz Apartment will not be responsible for any charges incurred by guests who park their car before collecting their cards.
The car park cards are available for collection from 2pm and should be returned at 10am or when checking out, if returned after check out time another day will be charged. Should the reception be closed when you are returning the car park please send a message to the after hours phone for further instructions

Customers are required to book the parking with Katz Apartment reservation team before their arrival, this is because we only have limited spots. Normal rate is $25/day. The parking is located opposite to Katz Apartment. It is called Wilson Parking.
Is Katz Apartment close to public transport?
Katz Apartment is situated between Russell Street and Exhibition Street. Katz Apartment is close to the tram stop. (E.g. Tram 72, 67 , 6 and etc). The nearest train station is Melbourne Central Station ( about 5 minutes walk). Taxi service is also available at Katz Apartment.

100% deposit is required in order to secure the booking.

Can I pay by cash?
Should guest would like to book but without a credit card, a $200 security deposit is required. $200 will be refunded after the guest departure and inspection will be carried on.
Late Check Out Policy
Please be on time of checking out. Two hour late than required check out time will incur half day rate. Over two hours, one day rate will be applied. We provide storage area for luggage for customers in need
