| How far is Best Western Riverside Serviced Apartments from Melbourne Airport? |
Riverside Serviced Apartments located on Flinders Street in the Melbourne CBD, is a 20-30 minute taxi ride from Tullamarine Airport during off peak times. Taxi fare is approximately $50 or alternatively, the Star Bus shuttle offers the same service, at a charge of $15 per person. Upon departure, we are more than happy to arrange a taxi or shuttle service for you to the aiport.

Check in time at Riverside Serviced Apartments and Highlander Serviced Apartments is 2pm while check out time is 10am.

| What if I arrive before the specified check in time? |
If in case your apartment is not available before 2pm, guests are welcome to leave their luggage with us at reception.

Riverside and Highlander Apartments have on-site undercover security parking available for guests.

Best Western Riverside Apartments is located on Flinders Street in the heart of the Melbourne CBD with a tram stop virtually on our door step, where guests are able to make the most of the free City Circle Tram. Both Flinders Street and Spencer Street(Southern Cross) stations are a short walk away and taxis can be booked directly at reception.

Most apartments at the Riverside have been fitted with broadband access and dial up internet facilities are available at the Highlander Apartments.

Being in the Melbourne CBD, Riverside Serviced Apartments are within walking distance to numerous popular attractions, the Crown Casino, Melbourne Aquarium and the Rialto Observation Deck to name a few. Other nearby attractions include the Docklands, sporting arenas such as the MCG and Rod Laver Arena and the Arts Centre. For a bit of retail therapy, the shopping arcades along Bourke Street in the middle of the CBD are a short tram ride away as is Bridge Road, famous for its many discounted factory outlets. St Kilda Beach is also easily accessible by trams.

Restaurants are abubdant in the CBD and many within walking distance to Riverside Serviced Apartments. Chinatown isn't far and the numerous eateries at Southbank is only a short pleasant stroll across the Yarra River. Lygon and Bruswick Street is 10 minutes by taxi or trams. Riverside Serviced Apartments also have charge-back facilties with several surrounding restaurants and cafes.

IGA Supermarket is a 8-10 minute walk from Riverside Serviced Apartments. There is also a Coles Express a few blocks down on the corner of Flinders Street and Elizabeth Street. The nearest 7 Eleven store is located just around the corner on King Street and a few doors down you will also find a bottle shop.

| Does your carpark have any height restrictions? |
Riverside Serviced Apartments provide on-site undercover secure parking. The height clearance is 2 metres, larger vehicles are unable to use the carpark and alternative parking arrangements will need to be sought elsewhere.

| How much deposit is required to guarantee my reservation? |
The first night's accommodation is required as a deposit and will be debited from the credit card provided.

| How do I cancel my reservation? |
Our cancellation policy at Riverside Apartments is that we require 48 hours notice prior to your specified arrival date. Should a cancellation occur with the less than 48 hours notice, the first night's rate as per your booking will charged to the credit card supplied.

| Do you have a restaurant on site ? |
There is no restaurant on site, however there is a cafe in the same building which caters for breakfast, lunch and casual eating during the day. There is also numerous restaurants in short walking distance to both Riverside Apartments and Highlander Apartments. Also all the apartments have great cooking facilities for those who want a home cooked meal.

You can easily walk to the retail outlets or just catch the free city tram which runs virtually right past our door.

Highlander Apartments & Riverside Serviced Apartments are both situated in the Melbourne CBD on Highlander Lane. Both properties are located within metres of each other while reception is located in Highlander Lane at Riverside Apartments and is open 24 hours.

| What breakfast facilties does Riverside Apartments offer? |
Located on either side of Riverside Apartments are popular cafes which are open very early for breakfast Monday - Friday. Should you prefer to have breakfast in your room the cafes will deliver to your apartment. On week-ends, you will find several cafes only a short walk away. Check with Reception for recommendations.

Located on either side of the our property, there are cafes which are open very early for breakfast Monday - Friday. Should you prefer to have your breakfast in your room, one cafe in particular does delivery in the morning to your apartment. Menus are located in the room and orders must be placed from the night before. On week-ends, you will find several cafes only a short walk away. Check with Reception for recommendations.
