Located in the heart of the beautiful Sapphire Coast, Merimbula, Baywatch Luxury Apartments offers you a luxurious destination. The accommodation is only two minutes flat walk from a safe swimming beach and the town centre with licensed clubs, cafes and restaurants. Each apartment has two bedrooms and private balcony. Relax and sip champagne as you take in the magnificent panorama of ocean and lake views, across to the town centre and distant mountains. All apartments are identical in size & quality. It is worth noting there are no rear apartments and all apartments directly face the "Main" Bay. There is an extensive range of photos on the web site as listed below. Please find listed below further information on Baywatch. Linen and towels are supplied in the tariff for the first couple, with a total charge of $12.50 per extra person. There are 2 large bedrooms. The main has a queen bed and ensuite, whilst the second has 2 single beds, or a king. A folding bed is also available. The bedrooms are at the rear of the complex ensuring there is no noise pollution. There is a large separate bathroom with spa bath/ shower, (chemically sanitized) additional toilet, vanity and private laundry with washing machine plus dryer. The ground level is actually car parking space, meaning the first level of apartments are approximately 13 feet above the ground/ road level offering great water/ town views from "every" apartment, including the bay area, the entrance, the ocean, top lake and the town lights at night! Something only a handfull or less can offer. Because of the terrific design at Baywatch there are no stairs to enter the first level as you drive up a rise to the rear of the complex, ensuring safe & easy access for children or people who may have problems with stairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern/ new appliances including a dishwasher, new fridge, microwave, cutlery, glasswear, cooking utensils etc. The lounge & dining area is spacious and easily accommodates up to 5 people. Every apartment is identical in size and offers reverse cycle air conditioning/ heating, new T.V's, D.V.D & V.C.R, Austar/ Foxtel and Hi-Fi system all inclusive. There is also a phone if required. Baywatch is 9 years new & one of only a handful of apartments offering 4&1/2 star accommodation in the absolutely prime position of Merimbula with all apartments offering wonderful ocean and bay views from your private balcony, very close (250 metre) flat walking proximity to all shops, restaurants, R.S.L, Bowling club and the main bay area (50 metres)! Close enough to all attractions, but in a peaceful area. There is a professionally cleaned/ sanitized solar heated pool, undercover B.B.Q. and grassed area with beautifully landscaped gardens away from the road where the children can safely play. Baywatch is 150 metres to Spencer Park, The main park area in Merimbula, with a beautiful safe swimming bay beach with lovely white sand. The park is a great area for people/ families to relax, fish, picnic/ B.B.Q, play on the swings, walk & explore plus safe swimming area for all. Because Baywatch is 4&1/2* and only has 6 large apartments our clientele tends to be more mature or nice couples/ families and thus lovely people to accommodate offering a peaceful stay for all! It also ensures there are only a total of 6 apartments who have access to the facilities. e.g. pool & B.B.Q. area. Baywatch also has 7 underground car parks and 6 additional raised car parks at the rear of the premises if you have a boat, 2 couples or guests etc. You enter the apartments from the rear of the building where there is a lovely safe grassed area well away from any road for children to play. The balconies at the front of the complex offer a second or third storey view as we are built on top of a car park. The occupancy rate at Baywatch is very high due to the position and quality of apartments. Access to the town is by car, bus or plane, and when you enter Merimbula all roads lead to Market Street, the main shopping area. | Definitely yes, at Baywatch there are no rear, side or bottom level apartments as we are built on top of the car park, all apartments directly face the bay, offering great ocean & bay views. |
| Are you child friendly? |
| Yes, at Baywatch there is provision for up to 5 people. The back of the complex has a wonderful BBQ setting with a terrific grassed area 60 metres away from a quiet road for children to play. The pPool & surrounds are ideal for families! |
| If your first level is second storey, how do mature people or people with babies handle the stairs? |
| That is the beauty of the design of Baywatch, you can park under the building or drive to the back of the complex (taking out 17 stairs) where you enter the apartment with no stairs at all! The kitchen, dining, living & private balconies all give you a second storey view. There are also child locks on their bedroom windows for peace of mind. |

| Approximately 60 metres & 180 metres to the only bay beach in Merimbula @ Spencer Park with terrific BBQ, Play grounds/ swings, lovely white sand, safe swimming area for all, good fishing, snorkelling or simply relax, sunbake or read a good book! |
| Are you close to most attractions/ facilities? |
| Baywatch is approxiamately an 180 metre flat walk to the RSL & 280 metres from the centre of town, bowling club, cafes, resturaunts, shops & Top Fun. Most customers do not use their cars once here unless they leave the town. |

| Yes, Baywatch is almost 5* & is an attractive destination due to there only being 6 Luxury apartments all with Spas! The walls are solid brick to ensure there is limited noise from one apartment to the next & each other's privacy is maintained. Baywatch is about 180 metres to the local church & very close to National parks & pristine beaches for an outdoor wedding/ stunning photos. A free bottle of quality local wine or champagne is chilled upon arrival. |

| Is the location/ Main Street noisy or hectic? |
| No; Main Street is a T section located at the top of Market Street (Market Street is the town's central street) if you were to turn left at this section you would head towards the supermarket, clubs & major highways where it will get noisey. If you turn right we are only 200 metres on the left! Past Baywatch is a dead end/ coast line & million dollar houses & therefore a very low traffic area. |
