| Do all the rooms have views? |
Definitely yes, at Baywatch there are no rear, side or bottom level apartments as we are built on top of the car park, all apartments directly face the bay, offering great ocean & bay views.

| Are you child friendly? |
Yes, at Baywatch there is provision for up to 5 people. The back of the complex has a wonderful BBQ setting with a terrific grassed area 60 metres away from a quiet road for children to play. The pPool & surrounds are ideal for families!

| If your first level is second storey, how do mature people or people with babies handle the stairs? |
That is the beauty of the design of Baywatch, you can park under the building or drive to the back of the complex (taking out 17 stairs) where you enter the apartment with no stairs at all! The kitchen, dining, living & private balconies all give you a second storey view. There are also child locks on their bedroom windows for peace of mind.

| How far from the water are you? |
Approximately 60 metres & 180 metres to the only bay beach in Merimbula @ Spencer Park with terrific BBQ, Play grounds/ swings, lovely white sand, safe swimming area for all, good fishing, snorkelling or simply relax, sunbake or read a good book!

| Are you close to most attractions/ facilities? |
Baywatch is approxiamately an 180 metre flat walk to the RSL & 280 metres from the centre of town, bowling club, cafes, resturaunts, shops & Top Fun. Most customers do not use their cars once here unless they leave the town.

Yes, Baywatch is almost 5* & is an attractive destination due to there only being 6 Luxury apartments all with Spas! The walls are solid brick to ensure there is limited noise from one apartment to the next & each other's privacy is maintained. Baywatch is about 180 metres to the local church & very close to National parks & pristine beaches for an outdoor wedding/ stunning photos. A free bottle of quality local wine or champagne is chilled upon arrival.

| Is the location/ Main Street noisy or hectic? |
No; Main Street is a T section located at the top of Market Street (Market Street is the town's central street) if you were to turn left at this section you would head towards the supermarket, clubs & major highways where it will get noisey. If you turn right we are only 200 metres on the left! Past Baywatch is a dead end/ coast line & million dollar houses & therefore a very low traffic area.
