the apartment was fantastic, it was a home away from home and incredibly comfortable Great location, close to plenty of things for families to do, great value for money, will definately be staying there on our next Gold Coast holiday

We love staying here we had unit 16 loved this room with large outdoor area and new decor. We have family on the Gold Coast (we used to camp most school holidays - but now stay at bayviewbay appartments as it is affordable and great for the family). Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Staff are lovely!! Thankyou :)

the couches were a little uncomfortable for our tall frames as was the dining table with no soft seats.

I wish I could find accommodation as good as this at every event my kids compete at, just wish all my family could have been here. Great value !

We had a wonderful experience and will definitely return and would recommend to other travellers, location was great being close to all amenities. The apartments are quiet which was lovely and the managers were very helpful.

We stayed at Bayview Bay Apartments because we have stayed ythere before. We have relatives iving in the locality so visting is easy. We have become familiar with the locality. We like being within a short walk of the Runaway bay Shopping Centre, the Tavern, and we like having the 7-11 across the street. The complex is no longer brand new, but it is cared for, and everything works as it should. having only 3 levels it is no great effort to go to the pool area and wander around the grounds which are kept manicured, down to the Marina. We were always on track to be "after hours" arrivals and the instructions for entry worked perfectly.

very pleasant , friendly staff with beautiful gardens and ammenities - good size rooms with lots of balconies which are lovely for Victorians who love to get outside in the sun at every opportunity !!!

We had a great relaxing time. We would probably try for a ground floor apartment next time as the climb was a little high for my 86 year old Mum (although she didn't complain).

Enjoyed it, the main pool for a heated pool for the time of year the temperature could have been alittle better, espicially being school holiday's for visiting families

Excellent time, the stairs were a challenge at times but the view was worth it.

A great stay, freindly staff, easy parking only one suggestion to help you - single bed mattresses uncomfortable. Otherwise really great stay !

loved it. Want to book same apartment for next year. It was perfect for us we went up for the Gold Coast marathon, great spot to watch, close to the start for me to get there. The staff were so froedly and helpful. Can't wait for next year.

Very good. Some information is not available in your booklets eg. where to put your rubbish( where bins located etc ) and early check out procedures but overall ok.

Very pleasant stay - one negative was that the water connection to the washing machine was disconnected so we could not use it. Reported on the first day but no action taken to fix it.

staff great unit fine but no control on tenants or guest the music and partying ruined the stay

Here for work, so not much time spent in the apartment. Perfect for what we needed. Loungeroom light globe is blown. Hall light flickers. Staples in carpet where in meets tiles in kithcen, they hurt a lot when you stand on them with bare feet. Fridge seal leaks, water leaks onto kitchen floor. Front door very stiif, sticks and need to really push hard to open or close, pin is coming out of top hinge. None of these points are complaints, just feedback. Perfect for what we needed.

We were quite comfortable, but there was not anyone to fix any problems. Noone was on duty. We asked for a dvd to get fixed on 2nd day and it didn't get done. Noone to fix up payment until we walked out, which I think was a fluke. The bed was a bit firm, and your stairway stinks like animal urine, but the unit was clean and comfortable.

Great spot, lovely room- we really enjoyed staying here. Only downside - ran out of toilet paper & washing up liquid.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed, and were ideally located for the purpose of our stay. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Location was gorgeous, as was the view overlooking the courtyard and marina.The beds were pretty comfortable too, which is always nice when you're away from home.

We had such a wonderful stay at your apartments. Excellent value for money.We loved being on the top level with all the nice views.The boys really enjoyed the pool in the evenings.Thankyou for having us we would love to come back another time. Kind regards donna grierson.

Very happy with our stay. But when booking I requested ground floor apartment and I did not receive this as I was with my father who has a lot of trouble with stairs because of his disability. Really the only fault that I have.

Excellent, very affordable apartments. Really pleased with the accomodation. We were very busy so didn't interact with the staff much at all so difficult to rate that aspect

This was our 4th visit and once again we found the apartment to be good, particularly with air con. Beds were comfortable and kitchen reasonably well stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful and tourist pamphlets were useful at reception. We enjoy the size of the apartment group and being in a quiet area is great.

Very handy to all the amenities that we needed. Very friendly and obliging managers.

Our stay was very relaxing and our only complaint is that it wasn't long enough. The facilities were fantastic and the kids had a ball! We will definitely have to come back one day. Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable and accommodating!
