We were looking for budget style accommodation, we didn't need too many bells and whistles, just a comfy bed, clean room and a hot shower. Your motel ticked all the boxes. The reception staff were friendly, we were most impressed with the offer of a free continental breakfast which we had not expected for the price. Will certainly stay again upon our next trip to Melbourne.

excellent location because it was very QUIET. The weather was very hot so needed aircon. on all the time so a bit noisy during the night BUT the fridge was one of the quietest I have come across in a motel room. Comfortable stay (comfortable bed)added to with a convient resturant and nice food.

very helpful friendly staff, really went out of their way to make our stay excellent. Very close to sandbelt courses and near to good restaurants. Only downside was that 3rd bed in the family room was wideand comfortable but very short. The room was neice and clean and large, but it is the service that makes it so good.
